JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will lead our Crypto Team, using exceptional commercial and product management experience to create a world class cryptocurrency offering. Using your extensive knowledge of the Crypto, Blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, you will build compelling and competitive propositions that will become market leading solutions.

THE ROLE:
In this role, you will Understand client’s existing crypto offering and capabilities and understand how it compares to competitors. Using your deep knowledge of the crypto market and crypto traders you will develop a compelling and competitive proposition.
This position is based in our London headquarters.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Understand client’s existing crypto offerings, capabilities and limitations, and understand how it compares to the marketplace across competitors and crypto native firms.
· Use their deep knowledge of the crypto market and retail crypto traders to ideate and develop a compelling, highly competitive proposition.
· Operationalise this proposition by building and leading a team who can successfully build, test, and market new crypto products to customers.
· Continually iterate and enhance the customer experience, across products and geographies, spanning across CeFi and DeFi.
· Adhere to company-wide risk, compliance and financial policies, processes and frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Experience building a crypto proposition at a competitor or crypto native firm
· Highly commercial with proven product management experience
· A sophisticated understanding of crypto traders and the ability to design solutions that meet their needs.
· Experience working with retail and professional clients.
· Knowledge of crypto regulation and ideally with some experience engaging with regulators.
· Relentless in driving improvements and higher levels of performance.
· Curious with an understanding about what good looks like.
· Low ego. A team player who works in the best interests of the company.
· High work ethic and resilience. Works at pace.
