Responsibilities
· Design and implement smart contracts and services related to innovative cross-chain proving and intent systems, transaction routing, governance, and enshrined rollup functionality.
· Develop backend services that interface seamlessly with the smart contracts you design.
· Conduct research and proof-of-concept work in these areas.
· Directly influence the protocol roadmap and strategy.
· Serve as a technical lead within the team.

Requirements
· At least 4 years of blockchain development experience with a focus on Ethereum.
· Demonstrable success in writing code that secures real value in the ecosystem.
· Deep understanding of Solidity, the EVM, smart contract best practices, and current industry patterns.
· Experience with chain abstraction, bridging technologies, intent/relay networks, or similar integrations into web applications.
· Passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem.
· A startup mindset: constant problem solving, high ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in smaller teams.

Nice-to-Haves
· Informed opinions on the rollup ecosystem and recent developments in Ethereum’s technical
roadmap.
· Experience with alternative smart contract platforms (e.g., Solana, Move-based chains).
· Active contributions to open source crypto projects.
· Experience designing backend services for cryptocurrency projects, preferably in TypeScript.
· Prior experience implementing complex mathematical logic in Solidity.
