As a member of our client's AI/ML team, you'll work on building fundamentally new applications using language models and some of the world's most intriguing datasets. You will play a critical role in releasing projects that transform how people interact with financial systems, while enjoying vast intellectual freedom to explore new domains.
Our client’s team focuses on developing applications using frontier models from OpenAI, Google, and a wide range of open-source models for multimodal tasks. Their work centers on creating agentic systems within finance, leveraging techniques such as tool calling, structured outputs, and RAG workflows. They are currently developing agents and an open-source framework for agent-centric companies. This well- funded team of 20, with extensive experience building AI/ML applications on blockchain data, is supported by outstanding engineering and product teams.

They are looking for someone who thrives in new domains, is excited about tackling new challenges, and can contribute fresh ideas to shape the company roadmap. The team works in fast iteration cycles and operates in an environment with evolving requirements.

Requirements:
· Experience working with LLMs using structured output, RAG workflows, tool calling, etc.
· Ability to define and create systems driven by LLMs.
· Comfortable interacting with smart contracts programmatically.
· Strong opinions on framework usage and design.
· Most comfortable programming in Python.
· Open to occasionally working in Elixir.
· Willingness to take on a variety of tasks that drive the team forward.
· Experience and/or interest in perpetual futures.
· History of open-source contributions.
