Requirements: · Experience with Node.js and other backend technologies. · A builder mentality—someone who enjoys experimenting with side projects. · Crypto-maxi or crypto-curious mindset.
Nice to Have (but Not Mandatory): · Fintech experience (neobank or card issuing experience is a big plus). · Experience with smart contracts.
