DevOps Engineer

As a lean and fast-moving team of passionate builders and veteran founders, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us in developing a cutting-edge platform at the intersection of real-world payments and digital money.
This is an opportunity to deliver massive impact at a rapidly growing company, backed by top investors in fintech and crypto, including Lightspeed, Norwest, Khosla, and industry leaders like Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Many of our engineers are based in NYC, but we are open to fully remote candidates.

What You’ll Do
· Play a critical role in shaping the technical infrastructure roadmap.
· Manage cloud environments across GCP and AWS.
· Scale infrastructure to support millions of global users.
· Drive architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving product.
· Lead the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to improve infrastructure performance.
· Build infrastructure that interacts with millions of smart contracts across multiple blockchains.
· Automate security controls and compliance processes to protect financial data.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for managing cloud resources at scale.
· Proven track record in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
· Experience managing production environments in cloud providers.
· Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Nice to Have (but not mandatory)
· Experience in fintech (extra points for neobank or card issuing experience).
· Experience with blockchain infrastructure.
