About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical development of our decentralized research protocol. In this key position, you will manage protocol and product architecture, drive development, and shape the technical vision of our platform.

Experience & Skills
· 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with 2+ years in the Solana ecosystem using Rust.

Frontend
· Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
· Deep understanding of modern web development and responsive design principles.

Backend
· Expertise in Rust and Node.js for building scalable backend services.
· Experience working with PostgreSQL and Supabase. Blockchain & Smart Contracts
· Hands-on experience with Solana smart contract development in Rust.
· Strong understanding of decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain technologies.

Other Key Skills
· Ability to lead technical projects and manage end-to-end development.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
· Familiarity with security best practices for blockchain applications.
· Experience with Python is a plus.
· Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
